On Thursday, July 9, 2015, Project Cornerstone’s Alyssa Burley gave the “Put the SanD Back in San Diego” presentation at the Kiwanis Club of Escondido meeting, held at the Del Charro Restaurant in Escondido.

The presentation was designed to inform community groups about the construction aggregate shortage in San Diego County.

Local industry members, Travis Jokerst from EnviroMINE, Inc. and Matt Pound from Escondido Materials attended the meeting.  They were on hand to offer real-world answers to some of the Kiwanis member’s questions about the construction aggregates industry.
