On Monday, January 12, 2015, executive director of Project Cornerstone, Crystal Howarddelivered the “Put the SanD Back in San Diego” presentation at the San Diego Highway Development Association meeting held at the Best Western Seven Seas, Mission Valley.
The audience included those in the fields of city, county and state government, engineering, building, geotechnical and environmental research.
